My current system is: A dell Dimension 5100 – 3.0ghz Pentium 4, 1.50gb of ram (ddr i believe) 80gb hard drive.  The current graphics card is an ati x300 se 128mb hypermemory pci-e. 

I have been looking at either this or something of a similar price range.

Radeon x1900 256mb

It would be great if I could get a better card than that one for a similar price :wink:, it doesnt have to be ati either, although they are what i’ve always had.  

The benchmark I want is to be able to play things like half life 2, fear, command and conquer – tiberium wars etc on full detail, cos at the mins I play them on low/medium.   I would like s-video out too, as I hunted for an s-video cable for weeks and got one nice and cheap  lol.
